Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009DotA Rage 01
Thursday, March 19th, 2009Friend and fellow blog poster (lsun) introduced me to this hilarious DotA TDA thread in which people express their rage at the game/players in poorly drawn comics. And as readers of this blog know, I love poorly drawn comics (see Points of Contention). I also play a lot of dota.
And so, in Figure 1-1 we can see the horrific results of 10 minutes in MSPaint. (It’s after the jump, you’ve been warned…)

It’s done in paint which makes it so awesome it’ll blind you. (more…)

Madness?!?! This is Short Circuited!
Friday, March 9th, 2007Alright, fine. I appologize for the cliche title, but I’m sure I’m not the only person who’s excited to see this movie. I mean, with two hours packed with non-stop angry screaming, bloodshed, and gore, it’s hard to imagine anyone with half an ounce of testosterone would pass up on. (ok, fine. medically speaking, half an ounce would probably kill you)
To be honest, though, from everything I’ve read about 300, I’m not going to expect anything more than a piece of eye candy. A very beautiful, bloody… and borderline homoerotic piece of eye handy, but nevertheless a great experience.
On a different note, What better way is there to end my post drought with a comic. I would like to point out that I’ve slaved day and night for countless weeks to bring this to you. I hope you enjoy it.

working title
Monday, September 25th, 2006Warning: This site, no matter how you argue it, is still a blog, which means I get to tell you all about my day. (because we all give a damn how interesting it is)
So we said our goodbyes to wonderful summer and now we are back to school. Lectures have been running for two weeks now and we are settled down. I’m living by myself just off campus and the engineers got their own place on the other side of the campus.
I think we’ve all been pretty busy the beginning-of-term errands. (things like the work term report, osap, book, and i guess for others involve some heavy drinking) I did, however, manage to finish off the final panels of what will become SC’s first offical comic. I sent the scans to Sam, who I’m sure will vectorize it the first chance he gets. When he does, I’ll explain the comic a little better. Other upcoming ideas for the comic will include a character named Scott, who will be a tall arts major among the engineers. The joke is, for those of you who know him personally, almost an opposite of what he’s like in real life. As for the graphical theme of the website, what I have in mind is something that has to washing machines. (I won’t go into why) I’ll see what I can do with that.
