Tags, categories, and probably some other stuff are all broken.
Seems to be a database issue, but I don’t feel like having to regenerate everything so we’ll be re-categorizing and re-tagging everything over the next 2 days. Should clean things up a bit too.

Anyways, have an upload test which failed /rage some fanservice.
