This time I vectored an image from some SnS product (think its a cushion or a mousepad?), so the source was an annoyingly sparse 500×500.
There are 2 versions, one with the eyes vectored as gradients, and another with just layers. I like the gradient one, but there are quite a few people who like it layered – hence 2 versions.
1280×1024 (5:4): Gradient Eyes and Layered Eyes
1600×1200 (4:3): Gradient Eyes and Layered Eyes
1920×1200 (16:9): Gradient Eyes and Layered Eyes
4chan also recommended using black lines around the hair colors … to add a more distinct and sharp look I guess. I’ll probably try it out at a later date as it seems like it could entail a lot of work.
Probably my best vector wallpaper to date, I’ve also gotten much faster at vectoring, taking only 13(?) hours to complete this.
Ohhh pretty! I really like the gradient eyes btw :)
I D’AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWed.
Es lo mejor…
But now you need to do something with the vectors, like animate them. (I always wanted to try animating Shana’s face, maybe her eyes closing or eyebrows raising but I never got around to doing it–maybe you’d like to embark on a project like that?) Otherwise the exported “vector” result isn’t much different from the older use of Raster graphics.
im nice
