Bite-Size Movie Reviews of the Month — May 08

Gonna take a while to get back to the old movie-watching habits. My goal is to have seen all the notable 07 films by next month.

Enchanted - I had a small laugh, but mostly just throwing up my dinner.
Cloverfield – I didn’t have a laugh, and threw up the rest of my dinner.
I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With – Taxi driver wisdom – your pretty girlfriend is just using you for your fat sexy body.
Soylent Green – Soylent Green doesn’t look as delicious as it sounds. Probably due to the absence of fava beans and a nice chianti.
Sweeney Todd – What do the pies taste like? It varies from person to person.
Gone Baby Gone - Ed Harris doesn’t play a villian? … Really? … No … Really?
Anchorman – Indisputable proof that women are workplace safety hazards.
Wristcutter: A love Story – Low budget. Check. Annoying music. check. Smug indie superiority. Check. Watch out Sundance.
Species – She’s what? Two years old? Enjoy your jail time.
The Ground Truth – Iraq war from the grunts’ point of view.
