While Case 1 and 2 both work I think my Case 3 would be a better choice, since the opponent is tapped out. Since you didn’t specify who’s turn just ended I’m going with the tapped out person just finished.
Case 3:
When opponent declares end of turn, in response tap 2 mountains and the swamp to activate the mage ability and discard Thoughtseize and gain two life. Opponent: 7 Me: 5

Now it’s my turn:
Draw and play the swamp. Sac the Mogg Fanatic to do one damage to opponent to bring him down to 6. Cast Damnation to wipe all creatures from the board. This kills both Jugs and the torchrunners which sates their requirement and you do 6 damage to the opponent to bring him down to zero.

Interesting problem but if you make the following assumptions, you can actually win the game on the very first turn:

1. I assume that the draw step has already passed and that it is currently in the first main phase.
2. I assume that no creatures were casted this turn and that all are eligible for attacking.

With these assumptions, we can move on.

1. Attack using Fanatic and 2 Torchrunners. Damage dealt will be 3 -> down to 6
2. Use Fanatic's ability and target the first Torchrunner. Torchrunner goes into the graveyard. Damage dealt will be 3 -> down to 3
3. Use Thoughtsieze and target yourself. You are forced to reveal and discard Damnation as well as losing 2 life. However, you are allowed to use Hellbent from Megaliths in order to target your second Torchrunner. Torchrunner goes into the graveyard. Damage dealt will be 3 -> down to 0.

If you just drain and pass:
- life totals update to 7 and 5
- Opponent incinerates Mogg Fanatic and Oblivion Rings a Mudbutton, then swings for 5 damage as there is only 1 Mudbutton left to block. The Siphon-Mage is pacified. Key point being that Oblivion Ring will always prevent either all three goblins from nuking you, or from allowing you to block both Juggernauts.

Good point though, I should address such possibilities in the Solution post.

The board position was done in Illustrator manually. Le found packs of Magic card images (I don't know if they're from MTGO or just scans) online, and I downscaled them for use with this. I was thinking of taking screencaps of Magic Workstation or something similar instead, but the resolution generally made the cards illegible.

Edit: I forgot to take into account the fact that you can attack with the Mogg Fanatic, keeping both Mudbuttons for blocking:
- The opponent can still incinerate the Fanatic, and regardless of response, once the second Mudbutton is Oblivion Ringed, even if you block you still won't do enough damage to get a tie.
Incinerating the Mogg Fanatic first is the decisive action, as it prevents the opponent from killing the Mudbutton which is being targeted by the Oblivion Ring.

Cool puzzle Sam. Though I am not sure if you are actually in any danger given the cards presented. What happens if you just drain and pass?

I really liked the way you presented the board position what program did you use for that?
