Late to the party. Thanks for the ear.
After marathon viewing H&C I&II,
I must agree with Isun.
However, most of the faults I found
in this series fall beyond the crutch
of voice over and soundtrack.
These characters are poorly developed.
This is a tale of the walking wounded.
A romantic comedy it is not.
It may have hilarious moments in it,
but they are only speed bumps to the innevitable
depressive, almost suicidal, love sick codependent
and midschool-behaving college charaters in this story.
All happening ridiculously under the vibrant
exciting city which is Tokyo.
These people seemed to go out of their
way to stay depressed or sad,
except when looking for clovers.
If there ever is a season 3 to update
current (and hopefully more mature
relationships) to solidify the
open ended mess of season 2,
it just might be the morphine shot
this painful story may need.

agree with the Hagu comment:
prodigy or not, she was obviously
not represented above the age of 10.
already drawn, they had to sell the lie.

I haven’t seen Honey and Clover; only read a review before. I think it’s light-hearted and its a misfortune for you not to like anime. They are not that bad; they’re actually entertaining and more. But I acknowledge that everyone is entitled to their own preferences.

Ya surely… everything u said was true……….(in ur own thought)
But for some people like me this is a very good anime and all the points are for their own life because people have these types of strugggle and pain in there life ……… this anime truly diserves praise ………. noone like you can understand hah……. hahah…….

hey, this anime is really really good. i’ve seen it many times. it will let you think about life and love and all the struugles and joys of it and when it comes to friendship, it also shows that even at the tough times friends will always be there for you no matter what.

this anime shows all that. also it shows how one should grow up or is he/she is ready to do so.

well that is my opinion.

hahaha this is the worst comment for an anime i heard so far…

you really dont have to repeat some quotes frm Robert McKee..

you just dnt see the msg after all and with the characters.. they are not that catchy but they really have the unique side… dont need sexy and cute cheerful sucker animes
